When in the process should I call you?
We can come into a project at any point, but the real answer is the earlier, the better. We can help you make informed decisions every step of the way.
What is my role as your client?
Honest, direct communication is key. Provide as much information about your spaces, lifestyle, and goals as possible; sometimes photos or web images are helpful. We will bring our professional expertise and experience, but you should not hesitate to tell us what you like and don’t like.
How much is this going to cost?
Every project is different, and everyone’s investment is different. Your budget is your budget — only you can decide on that amount. With a dollar amount, we can present options that fit your budget and make recommendations on how to spend your money wisely. If you don’t know where to start with budgeting, we can do a walkthrough during our initial design consultation to help you establish a dollar amount.
Do you offer suggestions of custom or retail furniture?
We will make suggestions based on your budget and needs. If the budget allows, we will offer a custom option because we honestly believe that quality products are cost effective. A custom option is an opportunity to have precisely what works for you, with vendors who stand behind their products, and superior craftsmanship.
