Modern Beach House

After updating the main rooms and deck of a beachfront vacation home for our long-time clients, they decided to rebuild a second beach home on the property. Rather than renovate the outdated and rundown cottage, they started over on the same footprint. We were involved from the very beginning with plan reviews and recommendations to maximize the efficiency of the limited square footage and create the memorable modern space our clients desired.

An open plan living space includes a large kitchen and gathering space with a dramatic linear fireplace, a smart frame TV that masquerades as artwork, and built-ins for extra storage and seating. Statement lighting and playful and sophisticated furnishings lend a vacation atmosphere, and hardworking finish selections will hold up to pets and beachgoers. More pictures HERE.
